⚙️ Cores will be accepted if a visual inspection indicates the following:
▫️ Core is "like-for-like" matching the part sold.
▫️ Core is "off-machine condition" w/ no prior attempts to repair or rebuild.
▫️ Core is a complete unit and not disassembled in any manner or missing parts.
▫️ Core has been removed from the machine according to OEM service guidelines.
▫️ Core has been properly packaged for return shipment w/ no shipping damage.
▫️ Core has been protected from the eliminates and does not appear to have been stored outside.
▫️ Rust that occurs on exterior surfaces of components exposed to weather conditions from normal operating conditions is acceptable.
▫️ Interior surfaces or any machined surface can only have light flash rust, heavy rust due to improper storage is not acceptable.

▫️ Cores meeting the Core Acceptance Criteria will receive a full refund.
▫️ Cores not meeting the CAC will have a preset reduced refund.
▫️ Core components have a preset price based on part type and part number.
