Bootheel Tractor Parts offers a comprehensive warranty policy. Under this policy, parts found to have defects in materials or workmanship are eligible for replacement, repair, or a refund at our discretion. This warranty is valid for 2 years or 2,000 hours of operation, whichever accrues first, starting from the invoice date. Please note, Bootheel Tractor Parts does not cover any additional expenses that may occur during the repair or replacement of warranted parts. This warranty emphasizes our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction while maintaining clear boundaries regarding financial responsibilities.

Warranty Duration

  • Length: 24 months or 2,000 hours from the date of purchase.

Coverage

  • Scope: Covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
  • Remedy: Repair or replacement of defective part(s) at no charge.
  • Exclusions: Does not cover labor of any kind, consumables, freight, damage not resulting from material/workmanship defects, improper installation/maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, wear and tear, overuse, misuse or fitment.

Specific Conditions

  • Product Use: Must be used as intended and within rated capacity.
  • Maintenance: Must follow scheduled maintenance found in the Operator's Manual.
  • Installation: Must adhere to procedures found in the Technical Repair Manual.
  • Parts and Service: Use of genuine or approved aftermarket parts and lubricants.

Exclusions for Replacement or Repair

  • Wear and Tear: Items expected to be replaced during the period.
  • Maintenance Items: Including lubricants, coolants, filters, etc.
  • Misuse and Abuse: Overloading, incorrect installation, operation beyond capacity.
  • Unauthorized Actions: Unauthorized repairs, modifications, use of non-genuine parts.

Additional Notes

  • No Coverage for Labor: The warranty does not cover any labor costs.
  • Consequential Losses: Not liable for economic losses, downtime, rental costs, etc.
  • Claim Process: Requires email submission with detailed information, images/videos of the problem, diagnostic reports, and maintenance records.
  • Shipping: Customer responsibility, refundable if the defect is proven.
  • Limitation of Damages: No liability for incidental or consequential damages.
  • Disclaimer: Other than this warranty, all other warranties are disclaimed.
