• 24 Speed Manual Shift Transmission

Condition:

• Remanufactured to new OEM specifications with new OEM parts.

Reman Process:

• Using John Deere Service Advisor Repair Guidelines and Process, transmissions are completely disassembled to the individual part level, cleaned, inspected and assembled to OEM specifications.
• We also provide four (4) oil scan kits to be performed at 50, 250, 500 and 750 Hours.

Customer Responsibilty:

• Follow John Deere Service Advisor Installation Guideline and Process
• Install or Swap Yokes (if required)
• Perform a Transmission and Hydraulic System Cleanup
• Install Transmission Clean Up Filter AT112393
• Use John Deere HY-GARD® Oil
• Inspect Shift Lever Control Assembly (repair as needed)
• Submit Installation Work Order with Original Core Diagnostics
• Submit Oil Scans at 50, 250, 500 and 750 Hours
• Properly Package Core with All Fixtures as Shipped

Details:

• NOTE 9MST-5 is a direct replacement for 9000 - 9R Tractors,
  but it DOES NOT have a port for the Reverse Detection Switch (RE153769).
  This switch IS NOT a Reverse Safety Switch and IS NOT mandatory to operate the tractor. It only affects Reverse when using the Implement Management System (IMS) (if equipped).
• If the IMS is used, it only effects a few functions of it, like Hitch and PTO usage in reverse.
• The switch must be plugged into the harness to prevent codes and zip tied back to the harness to keep it out of the way.
