Reman Our Process:

• Disassemble transmission.
• Clean and inspect all parts for wear or damage.
• Replace clutch disc and pistons in all clutch packs.
• Replace all bearings and races.
• Replace all sealing rings.
• Replace all o-rings gaskets and seals.
• Assemble transmission to OEM specifications.
• Place is custom shipping stand for safe shipping.

Service Intervals: Installation

• Flush the Hydraulic System to Prevent Contaminating the Transmission.
• Use John Deere HY-GARD® Oil.
• Follow Service Advisor Pre-Fill and Priming Instructions.
• Perform 8PST Operational Tests based on the Transmission Record Sheet.
• Email Installation Documentation to warranty@bootheeltractorparts.com.

Service Intervals: Check

• Check transmission fluid level every 10 hours.
• Check transmission PARK position every 250 hours.

Service Intervals: Change or Clean

• Always log your service intervals with our attachment.
• Change transmission filter change at 100 hours.
• Collect and submit an oil sample at 100 hours.
• Collect and submit an oil sample at 250 hours.
• Collect and submit an oil sample at 500 hours.
• Collect and submit an oil sample at 750 hours.
• Change transmission oil and filter at 750 hours.
• Clean transmission sump screen at 750 hours.
• Clean transmission filter screen at 750 hours.
• Clean oil reservoir at 750 hours.
