Inventory System

Nobody likes down time, and Bootheel Tractor Parts understands the importance of getting back up and running as quickly as possible. We understand there's work to be done - you don't have time to wait around for a phone call when you need a part. That's why we've re-approached the way we do our inventory. The moment a tractor comes in for dismantling, the parts are removed from the tractor, cleaned, inspected and inventoried in our system. As each of the steps in the process are completed, updates are made in our database. Our counter personnel have access to all the important, vital information about the parts you need with the click of a mouse. When you call in a request, you get availability, condition and price instantly without ever hanging up the phone. Now you can rest assured the part you need is on its way so you can get back up and running, and back to work.

Taking the Proper Steps

Our Quality Control department and team of factory certified mechanics verify every order and completely disassemble, clean and inspect every part we sell, putting them through our rigorous BTP QC process before selling them to you. Each recycled tractor part is pulled and verified from our state-of-the-art computerized inventory system. The part is cleaned and taken to our Quality Control Department for inspection, before moving it over to our shipping department, where it is inspected and approved by the shipper. Finally, before any part is sent out, it is inspected and approved one last time by the shipping manager, to ensure you get the part you need when you need it.
