It's the job of our Parts Professionals from the Prairie - our crackerjack mechanics with over 400 years of combined experience - to get you the right part from our warehouse of over a million parts clean, tested, ready to use, and shipped immediately....guaranteed.
But unfortunately, sometimes there may be more work to do if your part should fail. That's why we don't just replace or repair the part. That would like having your house painted the wrong color and the painter giving you a couple buckets of the correct paint and calling that a fair deal.
That's why we have the best warranty in the business. It takes the risk out of buying a used part. If a used or rebuilt part breaks, we'll pay for the part and the labor cost to replace or repair the part - a 90 day warranty for used parts and a 6 month warranty on rebuilt parts.
So if a part doesn't perform to your satisfaction, you can have our word that we gaurantee the entire process - not just the part.
